Introducing Stress Mastery
Today we're launching our first structured learning series: Stress Mastery — a 16-week evidence-based program that combines three research traditions into a single, practical framework.
Most stress management advice fails because it asks too much, too soon. "Meditate 20 minutes daily" requires high motivation, high ability, and has no prompt. When motivation dips on day 3, the plan collapses.
Stress Mastery takes a different approach. Every practice starts as a 5-second Tiny Habit anchored to something you already do. The science scales up as the habit locks in.
What's Inside
The series is organized into four phases:
- Phase 1: Awareness Foundation — Build the interoceptive awareness that chronic stress impairs
- Phase 2: Regulation Skills — A personal toolkit for modulating stress responses
- Phase 3: Social & Workplace Application — Managing stress contagion in teams and relationships
- Phase 4: Stress Inoculation & Resilience — Graduated exposure and identity integration
The Research
Every practice in the series is grounded in peer-reviewed research with documented effect sizes. We don't just cite studies — we show you the evidence strength so you can make informed decisions about what to try.
Get Started
The full series is available now. Start with Phase 1 — it takes less than a week to build the foundation, and the first practice takes 5 seconds.
